  • Do we have to pay for HOA mailers to be sent to homeowners?

    No. When you start or renew your HOA policy with us, we will take care of mailing your homeowners an updated HO-6 information letter. The mailer will include instructions on how to obtain a Certificate of Insurance (COI), as well as coverage recommendations for each homeowner’s personal HO-6 policy. This is already included as part of our standard processing fee.

  • Can I change the information on the welcome letter?

  • Where do I submit a request for a COI for my mortgage company?

    All COIs are processed and sent directly from our partner, EOI Direct. You can call (877) 456-3643 to request a certificate by phone, or  visit www.eoidirect.com to request one online. If you have a question or need additional information on how to obtain a COI, you can email our team at associations@myinsurancewarehouse.com
