We are ready to move forward. What are the next steps to bind our coverage?

Binding coverage is the final step in our quoting process. To move forward, the Board must provide written authorization, which usually includes:

1. Signed Quote Acceptance: A formal signature on the selected proposal.

2. Underwriting Requirements: Completing any remaining requirements requested by the underwriter (such as a recent roof inspection or updated building values).

3. Payment Processing: Initiating the down payment, selecting a finance plan, or making payment in full for the premium. 

Watch for emails from our Binding Team that will list out next steps to finalize your new policy. Once all items have been completed, our team will send welcome letters to all unit owners with additional instructions to update their HO-6 policies or request a new Certificate of Insurance.
