How do I file a claim as a unit owner?

Unit owners should report all potential claims directly to your Association Board or Property Manager. They will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, open a formal claim with the association’s carrier. We also recommend contacting your personal (HO-6) agent to determine if your individual policy covers your deductible or any interior improvements not covered by the master policy.
