Due to privacy regulations and data security policies, most carriers will only release loss history reports directly to the insured party (the HOA Board or Property Manager). To expedite your renewal or quoting process, please request “currently valued loss runs” for the last five years from your prior agent or carrier. Once you receive them, simply forward the documents to us. Obtaining these records early ensures a smoother transition and more accurate underwriting for your new policy.
