EOI Direct – Online Certificate Instructions Getting your Evidence of Insurance (EOI) is quick and easy through EOI Direct. Choose the method that works best for you: Option 1: Request Online
- Visit: Go to www.eoidirect.com.
- Register: If you are a first-time user, click “Get Started,” select “Homeowners & Property Managers,” and click “Register Now.” Follow the prompts to create your User ID and Password. (Note: Look for an activation email from help@eoidirect.com to complete your registration).
- Log In & Search: Once logged in, click “Evidence of Insurance” from the main menu to search for and access your association’s policy.
Please note: There is no cost to register, but a delivery charge may apply for mortgagee clause additions.
Option 2: Request by Phone Call EOI Direct toll-free at (877) 456-3643. Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (CST) to provide additional assistance. Support is available in both English and Spanish.
